1️⃣ How Long Does a DPF Clean Take?

We complete most DPF restorations within 24hrs.

Vehicle dropped off in the morning, collected morning of the next day.

2️⃣ Is This Just a Forced Regeneration?

No, a forced regen burns soot it does NOT remove ash.

Our process removes the DPF, flushes it with heated cleaning solution, reverse back-flushes the internal channels, dries it, and retests it before refitting. Completely different process's.

3️⃣ Will This Fix My DPF Warning Light?

If the warning is caused by ash restriction — yes.

If the core is cracked, melted, or a sensor has failed, we will identify that during testing and advise you before proceeding.

4️⃣ Is It Safe For My DPF?

Yes, the machine uses controlled pressure and heated solution designed specifically for DPF cores.

We test flow before and after to confirm safe restoration.
